Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Items must include any original packaging where possible.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@kavaz.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping — at no cost to you.
