Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
United States
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $35 or more — tracked, estimated delivery 7–10 business days.
- Standard Shipping — $5.99, tracked, estimated delivery 7–10 business days.
- Express Shipping — $14.99, priority delivery, estimated 3–5 business days.
International
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and carrier (USPS / DHL Express). Delivery typically takes 8–15 business days depending on the destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Every order ships with full tracking. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@kavaz.store and we will investigate with the carrier right away.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we can update the address only while the order has not yet shipped.
